Abstract

This research aims to address the theoretical framework of both monetary policy and government spending, as well as to identify the effects of monetary policy on government spending.

The research also discusses the pivotal role monetary policy can play in guiding government spending, whether through its impact on the cost of borrowing, inflation levels, or economic growth.

The research relies on an analytical methodology that includes some macroeconomic and monetary data and relevant economic theories to provide a comprehensive view on this topic.
