Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of strategic intelligence as an independent variable in achieving creative behavior among human resources as a responsive variable at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (the study sample). The study followed the descriptive-analytical method. To collect the required data, a questionnaire was used and distributed to a purposive sample of the university’s employees, with a sample size of 54 participants.  The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between strategic intelligence and creative behavior among human resources. Moreover, there is a statistically significant impact of strategic intelligence on creative behavior, and these results aligned with the proposed hypotheses.  The study provided several recommendations, most notably that the university should offer employees opportunities for participation in knowledge-based, academic, and administrative work. This includes involving employees in providing opinions and suggestions regarding the university’s vision and mission, and enhancing creative behaviors among staff members through a well-structured plan tailored to organizations that possess strategic intelligence.
