The role of agile leadership in achieving competitive advantage in the municipal sector in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman

This study aims to identify the role of agile leadership in achieving competitive advantage in organizations. The study population consisted of a sample of administrative leaders at the Teachers Institute for Postgraduate Studies. The descriptive analytical method was used to achieve the results. The Teachers Institute for Postgraduate Studies was chosen as a field of study through a sample of (500) administrative leaders. The appropriate models for statistical analysis were (275) questionnaires. Also, a set of statistical methods, the simple Pearson correlation coefficient, and the simple regression coefficient were used, Based on the findings, the researchers recommend that organizations focus on the concept of agile leadership and competitive advantage to enhance their survival and growth in competitive markets. This should be achieved by providing the necessary capabilities and instilling this culture in the minds of administrative leaders. This can be achieved by improving employee skills through training courses and scientific conferences, as this has a positive impact on the organization.
